  • Minimum of 5 years prior HR support experience in fast-paced industrial environment preferred
  • Responsible for clerical duties required for processing new hires, data input into HRMS system, and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Must understand the importance of timely, accurate HR processing so that employees are paid timely and accurately
  • Must insure that employee files and related items are maintained accurately on a current basis
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with existing employees and incoming applicants
  • Familiarity with Sage HRMS software or similar HR software is a major advantage
  • Must be computer literate to maintain Excel spreadsheets for various items such as group insurance and wellness compliance tracking
